Terms and Conditions - Donations

Welcome to the donation platform of Manthan Yuva Sansthan, a registered Society located at Hindpiri, 3rd Street, Near Marwari College, Ranchi – 834001. By making a donation through our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Acceptance of Terms

By donating to Manthan Yuva Sansthan, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Donation Process

• Donations can be made via online payment gateway (Razorpay) or bank transfer.
• No registration is required; however, donors must provide essential details including Name, Phone Number, Email, and Address for processing and record purposes.
• PAN or other document details are not mandatory for making donations.

3. Donation Receipts

• Receipts will be issued on request.
• Eligible donations may receive tax exemption certificates (as applicable under Indian Income Tax Act provisions, if applicable).

4. Refund and Cancellation Policy

• Refunds are allowed in case of accidental or erroneous payments.
• Requests for refunds must be made within 7 working days of the donation date by emailing [insert your NGO email here] with payment details.
• Refunds will be processed via the same method of payment.

5. Use of Funds

All donations will be utilized solely for the charitable activities and projects of Manthan Yuva Sansthan.

6. Third-party Payment Gateway

We use Razorpay as our secure payment gateway. Donors may be subject to Razorpay’s own terms and conditions while making donations.

7. Changes to Terms
