Traditions and customs of tribes play significant role in their local governing system. In every aspect of tribal governance management and protection of natural resources takes foremost position. Gandhi ji said that there is no meaning of independence until every citizen is blessed with their rights & entitlements. Further stated that the soul of our nation lives within the villages. In this background village has to achieve power of Gramsabha which is backbone of local self governance system & this is constitutional institution.
